Embellished with 75 photographs (smallest are 6 to a page). Photos of: pansies, Bilss Carman, Lower Granville Habitation, Pansy Patch Golf Links, Cockerell`s workshop, Whistletop : Old Lyme, numerous personalities, &c. Inscribed by the editor to Louise, 27 Nov. 1940, and then to Barbara from Louise 1989 on front endpaper. Titles to front and spine. Spine sunned, chipped at head and splitting along hinges but fully secure. Clean and unmarked.
