Not to be confused with the 13-page work of the same title published 1920 at Oxford by Humphrey Milford. Early photocopies, each well stapled and made sturdy by each internal leaf being composed of one folded sheet. The papers run from 1 February 1910 [Vol. liv, No. 7] to 12 June, 1911 [Vol. lv, No. 22].
