xi, 209 pages plus photo plates. First issue of the second edition. As noted in the Preface: "The first edition was written at the urgent request of Mr. Blair.... The great success of the first edition, the discovery of new facts and the need for adding an account of more recent efforts to recover the treasure have led to this second edition and the almost complete revision of the story." The only textual difference between this 1967 and the later printing of the second edition (with wavy green money pit jacket) is the jacket flap blurbs. Light soil and rubbing to jacket. Foxing to top edge of textblock. Faint discolouring to pink front endpapers; half-title tanned from now-absent newspaper clipping. Dot of soiling at gutter between photo and page 19 - see photos. Binding is sound.
