All eight maps and title page present, in original side stapled format with plastic sheet front cover. This collection is from the original 1970 run, not a recent copy. Uncommon. Bates (known for the dry-dock theory - see map 7) first surveyed Oak Island in 1937; he later would be a long-time Secretary for the Nova Scotia Historical Society.
